Dragonball ชื่อนี้คงไม่มีใครไม่รู้จัก กับการ์ตูนในตำนานสุดคลาสสิค ที่นำมาฉายซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่า (ทุกวันนี้ก็ยังฉายอยู่) กำลังจะทำเป็น MMORPG มาให้เล่นกันแล้ว ซึ่งตอนนี้กำลังอยู่ในขั้นพัฒนา โดยเป็นการพัฒนาร่วมกันระหว่างบริษัทเกมยักษ์ใหญ่ Bandai ของญี่ปุ่นและเกาหลี โดย อ.โทริยาม่า อากิระ ผู้ให้กำเนิด Dragonball ก็เป็นผู้ออกแบบตัวละคร มอนสเตอร์ ไอเท็ม และฉากต่างๆให้อีกด้วย ซึ่งกว่าจะได้เหล่าเกมเมอร์ได้เล่นกันนั้น คาดว่าจะเป็นปีนี้ ซึ่งจะเปิด Closed beta ที่เกาหลีเป็นที่แรก
เนื้อเรื่องของ Dragonball online ที่เกิดขึ้นหลังจากภาคการ์ตูน 200 ปี ซึ่งตัวละครหลักของเรื่องๆนี้น่าจะตายหมดแล้ว (แต่ถ้าเปรียบเทียบกันจริงๆ น่าจะเหลือพิคโกโร่ กับชนเผ่าดาวนาเม็กที่ยังไม่ตายมั้ง) แล้วช่วงเวลานั้น โลกก็ได้ถูกแบ่งออกเป็นส่วนๆ ด้วยฝีมือขององค์กรปีศาจร้าย ด้วยความช่วยเหลือของไทม์แมชชีนของทรังค์ คุณจึงเป็นคนหนึ่ง ที่จะต้องช่วยเหลือโลก จากเงื้อมมือปีศาจร้ายให้กลับคืนสภาพดังเดิม
